Return Policy

FilterMart is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and consistent return standards. No products may be returned without prior written authorization from FilterMart Corporation. Return authorization (RMA) is valid for 30 days from the date of approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, the wrong size, with poor workmanship, or FilterMart shipped the wrong product, the customer must notify FilterMart within 7 days of delivery. FilterMart covers return shipping and will arrange a replacement or a refund at no charge to the customer.

Standard stock returns

Standard stock items may be returned for credit within 90 days of the invoice date, subject to a 25–30% restocking fee plus freight. An RMA is required. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items must be shipped freight prepaid. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or altered may be refused or credited at a reduced value.

Non-returnable items

Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially configured products are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

FilterMart reserves the right to inspect all returned items and determine eligibility for resale.
