FilterMart Corporation (The Company) warrants all products sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall terminate one year from the date of invoice, and claims made in writing within this period are waived.
In case of warranty claim, purchaser must notify The Company in writing, where upon The Company will either examine the products at the site, or issue a return authorization. The products must be returned prepaid per shipping instructions by The Company.
When products sold are found to be defective, FilterMart Corporation’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace such products at its option without charge to purchaser, or repay the purchase price. In no event shall The Company be liable for indirect consequential or special damages.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
