Filtermart™ Wire Filters : Suction Strainer

At FilterMart, we have industrial suction strainers that are crafted with heavy-duty stainless steel wire mesh pleated around a sturdy perforated steel core. This design increases the flow area while also maintaining lower resistance to suction flow, which ensures that the hydraulic pumps draw the fluid freely without experiencing pressure spikes or starve-off. These come with rugged NPT thread fittings, SAE flanges, or push-on connectors, and these strainers install directly onto the intake pipe end inside the fluid reservoirs.

These are engineered to deal with heavy particle loading without collapse. Our suction strainers come with clean wire mesh that can be removed, washed, and reinstalled easily during routine cleanouts. These are available with or without the internal bypass valves to protect pumps during cold starts.
