The standard wound filters can occasionally suffer from uneven density or fiber shifting when the differential pressures are really high, which can lead to fluid bypass. Our new series cartridges use advanced diamond pattern binding technology that creates accurate diamond-shaped filter pockets. This design increases the internal void volume and also lowers initial pressure drop and dramatically increases the overall particle retention capacity as compared to the conventional designs. This results in a filter that lasts significantly longer in high solids applications, cutting down on maintenance change-out labour and replacement cartridge costs drastically.
